Face masks/breathing masks and filters are personal items, which due to U.S. health code and current Covid restrictions, may not be exchanged, refunded, or returned. Masks will be replaced only if defective in materials or construction. Please consider your order carefully before placing it

Once an order has shipped we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, only replacement if an item is found defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item. Please note we only allow up to 14 days after delivery to report a defective or damaged mask. After 14 days, we will not be able to send a replacement, so be sure to inspect your mask within the first 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart under the 'Sizing' tab on each individual mask page to confirm sizing. We also have a phenomenal Live Chat team who can help you find the right size, but we recommend looking at the sizing chart to be 100% sure. If you purchase a mask and it doesn't fit, we will be happy to offer you a discount on your next purchase. Simply reach out to us via Live Chat. To prolong the life of your mask please be sure not to overbend your mask or wash aggressively. We recommend gently folding your mask by the ear loops (as opposed to aggressively bending the nose piece itself) to prevent nose clip breakage. We also recommend gently hand-washing the mask and hang drying. Machine washing (even delicate) will greatly increase the chance of nose clip breakage and decrease breathability. We use strong alloy non-rust, extra-wide metal nose clips that are more durable and higher quality, but nose clips of any kind will break if care instructions are not carefully followed. Our mask maintains its protection/durability up to 25 washes and can be worn beyond 25 washes depending on how much care is taken.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement Eligibility 
If your item was found defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 calendar days from your shipping confirmation delivery date. Please send us a visible photo of the issue.

In addition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number. Please contact us at If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
