Important Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions
We ask all customers to read and agree to this Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions in full prior to placing their order. Once an order is placed, this disclaimer is understood to have been read, confirmed, and agreed to.
SECTION 1: DUE TO THE GROWING ISSUE OF STOLEN PACKAGES, DAMAGED PACKAGES, HELD PACKAGES, LOST PACKAGES, AND RETURNED PACKAGES through the “Delivery Carrier” (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc), we encourage all customers to select SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION and INSURANCE when placing an order. All orders will have a tracking number but this does not protect against stolen packages, damaged packages, held packages, lost packages, and returned packages.
SECTION 2: OWNERSHIP OF PACKAGES TURNED OVER TO THE “DELIVERY CARRIER” TRANSFERS TO THE BUYER. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, damaged, or returned packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via “Delivery Carrier”, or incorrect shipping details provided to us at checkout. Shipping is a service you purchase from the “Delivery Carrier” along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the “Delivery Carrier”.
SECTION 3: IN THE CASE THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS LOST, HELD, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE “DELIVERY CARRIER”. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, weather-related damages, COVID delays, or stolen packages. Once packages leave our warehouse, they are completely out of our control and in the responsibility of the “Delivery Carrier”. No refunds will be issued for lost, damaged, held, stolen, or returned packages. Again, this is why we encourage all customers to select SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION and INSURANCE when placing an order.
SECTION 4: ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS (MONDAY - FRIDAY), EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. If there is a delay you will be notified via email. We always alert our customers of any delays on a blue banner on our website. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once an order is placed you will receive an email (1) “Order Confirmation”. Once your order is processed you will receive an “Order Shipped” (2) email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24/hrs for the “Delivery Carrier” to update the tracking details for your order. Shipping time starts when the “Delivery Carrier” provides a timestamp of acceptance in the tracking details.
SECTION 5: KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS. Again, you will receive an email to track your package once a label is generated. We recommend you give us your primary email address so that the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation tracking reaches you. Please always check your Spam folder if you do not receive an automatic Order Confirmation from us. If 1/hr has passed and you still have not received it after checking Spam, be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECTION 6: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will contact you to obtain the correct address to be shipped via the contact method you provide to us. You will be responsible to pay once more for shipping. This is why it is important to put your primary phone and email address on your order. We do not sell or share your privacy information under any circumstances.
SECTION 7: SHIPPING DETAILS
The majority of all our orders are shipped through USPS. Some bulk and international orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the cost.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will display on checkout.
- USPS First Class Package, 3-12 business days. No insurance. Option to add Signature Confirmation.
- Free Priority shipping on $200+ orders. Up to $100 Insurance included + option to add Signature Confirmation free.
- USPS First Class Package International, approximately 7-21 business days depending on location. No insurance. Option to add Signature Confirmation.
- Please contact us with your order number to upgrade expedited shipping with Insurance.
Shipping deposit is collected at checkout. If the final shipping cost is more than deposit, we will invoice you for the difference upon shipping. Insurance will be included and depend on the “Delivery Carrier”. Usually up to $100 of coverage with an option to increase. Option to add Signature Confirmation. Please contact us with your order number for a quote.
We will find the best rate through either UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
Please confirm your country of origin does not have any import restrictions. Unicorn does not cover Duty or Customs fees.
